☑️Ngày 26/10/2019, Bệnh viện Đa khoa khu vực tỉnh An Giang tổ chức diễn đàn chia sẻ kinh nghiệm triển khai mô hình bệnh viện thông minh trong thời đại công nghệ thông tin 4.0. Đến nay, Bệnh viện Đa khoa khu vực tỉnh An Giang là 1 trong 3 bệnh viện trong cả nước triển khai thành công bệnh án điện tử không sử dụng bệnh án giấy.
☑️Hội nghị được tổ chức tại tại Thành phố Châu Đốc, Tỉnh An Giang với sự tham gia của PGS.TS Trần Quý Tường, Cục trưởng cục CNTT, Bộ Y tế; BS.CKII Từ Quốc Tuấn, Giám đốc Sở Y tế An Giang; TS.BS Lữ Văn Trạng, Giám đốc bệnh viện Đa khoa khu vực tỉnh An Giang; BS. Nguyễn Thế Dũng, Nguyên Giám đốc Sở Y tế TPHCM – Phó Chủ tịch Hội Khoa học Kinh tế Y tế Việt Nam và hơn 450 đại biểu đến từ lãnh đạo các Sở Y tế, bệnh viện công lập, ngoài công lập trong cả nước, doanh nghiệp công nghệ thông tin, dịch vụ thanh toán điện tử…
☑️Diễn đàn chia sẻ kinh nghiệm triển khai mô hình bệnh viện thông minh trong thời đại công nghệ thông tin 4.0 tập trung vào các nội dung chính như sau:
– Y tế Việt Nam chủ động tiếp cận cuộc cách mạng công nghiệp lần thứ tư;
– Hệ sinh thái y tế thông minh đáp ứng cách mạng công nghiệp 4.0;
– Kinh nghiệm triển khai mô hình bệnh viện thông minh;
– Chuẩn bị cơ sở hạ tầng để triển khai bệnh án điện tử (EMR);
– Thanh toán không dùng tiền mặt tại Bệnh viện;
– Ứng dụng công nghệ Blockchain trong Y tế;
– CDR và CDSS trong thực hành bệnh viện, tiến tới y tế thông minh;
– Tiêu chuẩn công nghệ thông tin Y tế;
– Thông tư số 54/2017/TT-BYT của Bộ Y tế và tiêu chí bệnh viện thông minh tại Việt Nam.
☑️Tại Hội nghị, PGS.TS. Trần Quý Tường, Cục trưởng Cục CNTT – Bộ Y tế có bài phát biểu Y tế Việt Nam chủ động tiếp cận cuộc cách mạng công nghiệp lần thứ tư nêu lên những thành tựu quan trọng mà Công nghệ thông tin y tế trong nước đã đạt được, đồng thời chỉ rõ những khó khăn tồn tại hiện nay trong việc ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin tại các cơ sở khám bệnh, chữa bệnh. PGS.TS. Trần Quý Tường, Cục trưởng Cục CNTT – Bộ Y tế nhấn mạnh nhiệm vụ và giải pháp mà cơ sở khám bệnh, chữa bệnh cần thực hiện nhằm đẩy mạnh việc ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin trong lĩnh vực y tế, nhằm đạt được 3 mục tiêu cụ thể: Phòng bệnh thông minh, khám chữa bệnh thông minh, quản trị y tế thông minh, để góp phần phục vụ công tác bảo vệ, chăm sóc và nâng cao sức khỏe của người dân ngày càng tốt hơn.
☑️ Tại Hội Nghị, Ông Nugroho-Giám đốc kinh doanh khu vực Đông nam á – Hãng Mach7 có bài tham luận về Giải pháp quản lý, lưu trữ hình ảnh phức tạp một cách đơn giản của Hãng Mach7.
☑️Tại Hội nghị này, Bộ Y tế tặng bằng khen cho tập thể Bệnh viện khu vực tỉnh An Giang, 2 cá nhân; và Cục Công nghệ thông tin, Bộ Y tế tặng giấy khen cho 01 tập thể, 8 cá nhân đã có nhiều đóng góp trong việc ứng dụng công thành công bệnh án điện tử tại Bệnh viện khu vực tỉnh An Giang.
