Tất cả các cổ đông sở hữu chứng khoán AMV theo danh sách chốt quyền ngày 08/06/2017.
Trường hợp quý cổ đông không thể tham dự Đại hội, có thể ủy quyền bằng văn bản cho người khác hoặc ủy quyền cho HĐQT công ty.
